These terms apply to every purchase.

By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Fodiamant Store. You can reach us at fodiamant.store@gmail.com.

2. Products and prices

We sell jewelry. We show our products as accurately as possible, but colors can look slightly different on your screen. All prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. We can change prices at any time, but the price you saw when you ordered is the price you pay.

3. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation by email. We can cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a price was shown incorrectly, and we will refund any payment you made.

4. Payment

You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is prepared after we receive the payment.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs, delivery times and countries are described in our shipping policy.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You can return your order within 14 days after you receive it, without giving a reason. The conditions are described in our return and refund policy.

7. Defects and complaints

If a product is damaged or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time at fodiamant.store@gmail.com. We will offer a repair, a replacement or a refund.

8. Care of jewelry

Keep your jewelry away from water, perfume and harsh chemicals, and store it in a dry place. Normal wear over time is not a defect.

9. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every purchase. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence stay in place.
