Processing time

We prepare orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs

Netherlands: €6.95, and free shipping on orders over €50. Europe: €12.95. Other countries: €19.95. The exact cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods or for countries outside the EU.

Tracking

You receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the address after the order has shipped. If a parcel comes back because of an incorrect address, we can send it again for the shipping cost.

Customs and import taxes

For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes can apply and are paid by the customer.
