Return and refund policy

14 days to return

You can return your order within 14 days after you receive it, without giving a reason. Send us an email at fodiamant.store@gmail.com before you return anything, so we can give you the return details.

Conditions

The jewelry must be unworn and in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging and gift box. We can refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or damage that was not there on delivery.

Return shipping

The cost of sending the item back is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. Please use a tracked shipping method and keep your receipt, because we cannot take responsibility for parcels lost on the way back to us.

Refunds

We refund the price of the item and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days after we receive your return, to the payment method you used for the order.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 14 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, including the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

For an exchange, return the item as described above and place a new order for the item you want.
